Shipping Overview
TRJ Performance ships packages both domestically within the United States, as well as Internationally. We make every effort to ensure that all orders received by 11:00am EST are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 11:00am EST may go out the same day...otherwise, they will ship the following business day. We currently ship orders using UPS. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking/delivery confirmation number.
Domestic UPS Shipping Methods
UPS Ground - UPS Ground packages are shipped in cardboard boxes, and arrive in 1-5 days, depending on your location. If you live in NC, SC, and parts of GA, VA, and TN, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days! If you live in GA, VA, AL, FL, TN, WV, MS, LA, AR, IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NJ, MD, DE, CT and parts of MO and NY, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days! UPS 3 Day Select - UPS 3 Day Select packages will arrive 3 days after the order is shipped, guaranteed. UPS delivers Monday - Friday to most locations.

Returns / Exchanges
Any items that are new and unused may be returned for store credit, within 30 days of purchase. Any items that were purchased 30 days or more ago are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To return merchandise, please contact us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We can be reached at 980-721-5943, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time.
